Did you know that thin men and women earn more than their heavier peers?

Yep. 16% more actually.

In most cases, this is a sad case of “judging the book by its cover.”

But some professions, including the military, demand physical fitness out of necessity.

The tough thing is, there are thousands upon thousands of young men and women who would be brilliant assets to the US military, but can’t join because of their weight.

So what can they do?  Lose it.

In this article, we’re going to explore one way to do exactly that.

Hunter Burn was designed to gang up on your baby fat and pummel it into non existence.

In this review, we’re going to cover:

  • What it is
  • How it works
  • What’s in it
  • What people say and ask about it
  • Whether or not it’s worth it

Let’s get straight to it.

Important: This (and any other supplement), is NOT suitable for those under the age of 18. If you are under 18, don’t even think about taking it!

What is Hunter Burn?

I think the best way to think about it is this. Let’s pretend for a moment that there’s a secret witch-doctor brew of roots, tea leaves, legumes, fiery peppers and an assortment of vitamins that makes you skinny.

Like, military skinny.

1 bottle of hunter burn

Now, stop pretending and there you have it. Hunter Burn isn’t voodoo, but it is a premium fat burning supplement containing all of those ingredients.

According to the website (click here to visit it), the ingredients in Hunter Burn are cleaner than other supplements, and the doses they serve is bigger.

Some of the ingredients in Hunter Burn, like Matcha green tea and Cayenne, are fairly self explanatory if you’ve read up on fat burning supplements. But you might be surprised at some of them.

Especially when we get to the studies. The proof’s in the pudding, they say. And we’ll get to that pudding.

We’ll cover exactly how these ingredients work and why. Starting now.

How Does Hunter Burn Work?

Each time you take a dose of Hunter Burn, you’re filling your body with a blend designed to form a nutritional coalition against your fat. That coalition goes to war, every day you take them, cutting, burning, and melting fat.

How?

It attacks your weight with the tactics below. (We’ll cover each ingredient individually soon.)

1. Metabolism Boost. It speeds it up. That makes fat burn like a snowball in shades.

2. Hunger Killer. The less hungry you are the less you eat, right? This helps you get into a caloric deficit.

That’s just a fancy way of saying you’re eating less calories than your body needs to burn for energy, so it has to dip into the reserves (your fat).

3. Carb Inhibitor. Carbs are the devil. The Western diet is plagued with insanely high quantities of carbs like refined sugar and starches.

Many leading scientists and nutritionists claim this is the culprit for the rising obesity in our country.

But when you block enough carbs, good things happen. (You lose weight.)

4. Energy Stimulator. One of the most vital and overlooked elements in your battle against fat is energy.

Energy gives you more motivation, strength to work out and willpower to resist fat-making foods filled with sugars and carbs.

The Ingredients In Hunter Burn

Vitamin D (3000 IU)

This one’s pretty simple. While this nutrient aids your immune system, and blood and calcium levels, it’s main claim to fame is its connection to weight loss.

Not only is there a heavy correlation between heavier people and low vitamin D — studies like this show that it actually helps people lose weight.

Now, a whopping 42% of Americans are vitamin D deficient (according to this study.) Chances are, even if you’re not officially deficient, it’s good to take.

Matcha Green Tea (200mg)

Matcha does 2 big things. For one, it has thermogenic properties that boost your metabolism. Like we covered earlier, a faster metabolism means fat gets burned faster, making it easier for you to shed the weight.

Secondly, Matcha Green Tea boosts your energy in a smooth, clean way, without the crashes caused by things like energy drinks or coffee.

Konjac Root Extract (3000mg)

This weird and amazing root has one job — to fill your stomach so you feel less hungry.

The longer you feel full, the less willpower it takes to avoid the snacks that always manage to find their way to your love handles.

And the less willpower you have to exert, the more likely you are to refrain from junk food.

White Kidney Bean (500mg)

This is where the carb magic happens. These beans block carbs.

Remember, excess carbs are the devil. The fat-fueling devil.

Blocking carbs means blocking fat. There aren’t many natural ingredients that do that, so enjoy!

Studies like this show the carb blocking benefits of white beans.

L-Theanine (200mg)

l theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid analogue found in tea. Many people use it as a nootropic to relax and increase mental energy and focus.

It supports the other ingredients by helping you avoid some of the mental problems that lead to overindulging and comfort eating.

It helps keep you relaxed and sharp in your battle against the fat. Read more about it’s benefits in this study.

Cayenne Pepper (125mg)

This is another energy and metabolism-booster, and an impressive one at that.

Cayenne peppers literally raise the temperature of your body, causing it to burn through more calories.

And again, the thermogenic properties of ingredients like cayenne pepper speed up your metabolism so you burn through your fat reserves much faster.

Plus, its high in vitamin E, which increases energy.

Reviews Of Hunter Burn

Reviews tend to vary widely, but because Hunter Burn is such a new product, and apparently good, all of the reviews I found were positive.

Here’s the gist of it —

“I’ve bought many fat burners over the years and never seen one with such high quality ingredients. I had to buy. So far it’s much better than the cheaper brands.”

-Steve

“Amazing product. Has stopped me snacking and feeling hungry all day. No side effects and I’ve been cutting down the weight steadily. Give it a shot.”

-Sam

“It took a few weeks to notice the difference but I’ve found Hunter Burn really effective so far. I’ve lost a few lbs and feel full straight after taking them.”

-Alex

Blogs and Magazines —

“Many fat burners claim to be “revolutionary” and “innovative”. But Hunter Burn genuinely is a new kind of fat burner – one that delivers on every level and really is based on science.”

-The Athletic Build

“The high serving sizes and large ingredient amounts mean that you’re getting a high-grade product, even if it comes at additional cost.”

-Body Media

“I’ve tried a lot (and I mean A LOT) of fat burners over the years.  Hunter Burn is one of those supplements that actually delivers, rather than just sheer marketing hype.”

-SupplementCritique.com

“In the world of modern fat burning, an intelligent supplement that not only enhances results, but supports a diet is a rare breed. Hunter Burn is one of these rarities.”

-Spot Me Bro

Between the user reviews and the online blogs and magazines, the general consensus is that Hunter Burn is effective and high in quality.

Some give it a simple thumbs up. Others laude it as a diamond unicorn in the rough. Should you really go that far?

Well it’s probably going to depend on your unique body chemistry. Maybe it really is for some people.

Ultimately, most seem to like it a lot. While the price is higher than most, they say the quality ingredients justify it. And most importantly — the stuff works.

Here’s a “before and after” I found in the research process:

Not bad!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Are there any side effects?

The official verdict from the website is, “As Hunter Burn contains safe, natural ingredients, you should not experience any side effects.”

In addition, after a thorough analysis of each ingredient, I found that while the ingredients are natural, some people are sensitive to high fiber foods.

If you’re one of those people, you may experience mild side effects like bloating, gas, and nausea.

How do I take it?

Each bottle of Hunter Burn has 180 capsules, so it should last a full month. You take 2 capsules a day, 3 times per day, with a full cup of water.

How long does it take to start working?

While it’s highly unlikely for it to take this long to start working, the website says “we suggest you take it for at least 3 months to feel the full benefits.”

Will I pass a drug test if I have taken Hunter Burn?

The official verdict from the website is: “Yes. There are no banned or synthetic substances in our formula.”

Additionally, I researched each individual ingredient and confirmed this.

Conclusion

Cutting weight to meet military standards can be incredibly difficult.

Let’s face it, you’re working against years and years of food we all thought was healthy (think the food pyramid), but turned out to be carb and sugar loaded fat-feed.

Tack onto that a constant bombardment of ads and commercials from your local fast food chains, and… well, it’s a recipe for disaster.

I can’t blame you for being here.

But you’re doing the research and that means you’re headed in the right direction, so kudos for that!

Now, I would never recommend taking any supplement alone, without doing your best to eat right and ideally, exercise too.

Because that would be like eating a ton of steak without ever going to the gym, and expecting to build tons of muscle.

But to supplement an existing fat loss plan, I can safely say that Hunter Burn appears to be an outstanding supplement to add to your arsenal of fat-terminating weapons.

My recommendation? Start hitting the gym at least 4 times a week.

Cut as many carbs and sugars as you can (consider keto if you’re feeling hard core).

And finally, eat and supplement with clean foods and Hunter Burn or at least something like it.
