About Jared

The Jared stores we know today were started by a man named Henry Shaw in 1910.

Shaw opened up a small jewelry store that happened to find great success, and many of the top jewelry store chains that we still shop at today stem from Shaw’s little shop.

Some of the stores that stem from Shaw’s shop include Jared, Kay Jewelers, Zales, Sterling Jewelers, and the Piercing Pagodas you likely see in the middle of shopping mall walkways fairly often.

These stores are all owned by a large, UK-based company called Signet Jewelers.

4 Ways to Save at Jared

Signet Jewelers, as well as the jewelry chains they own, do not offer military discounts. This, in turn, means that Jared does not have a military discount.

You can still save some money on your purchases at Jared through the following methods:

1. Shop the Clearance Section

The easiest, and often most effective, way to save at Jared is shopping their clearance pieces.

Clearance has a wide variety of items online, which you can view by clicking here.

You may also be able to chop clearance jewelry at your local Jared store if they have any in stock at the time of your visit.

Clearance jewelry is often an older model or a piece that hasn’t been selling well, so they are being sold at an extremely low price.

On top of that low price, there are often deals that give you an extra percentage off clearance items, allowing you to save even more.

These deals are visible both on the clearance page mentioned above, and the coupons and offers page, which is mentioned below.

You don’t have to do anything to take advantage of these low prices.

Simply add the clearance pieces to your cart or buy them in store and they will ring up at their affordable price.

2. Check Out the Current Coupons and Offers

If you need to save some money on an item that is not yet on clearance, this is your next best option.

Jared has all kinds of deals that come and go, but there’s always something to take advantage of.

You can view the current coupons and offers by clicking here.

They often include percentage-off deals from 10% off to 30% off certain sections or jewelry types.

For example, you may find a coupon for 30% off charm bracelets or 10% off diamond jewelry.

You don’t have to do anything to claim these deals either, as the savings will automatically enter your cart when you use a current offer.

If the item you want to buy is not on sale, keep checking back since the deals change often and it might go on sale in the future.

This is a great way to save on something that is not on clearance and also does not have a current coupon or offer available to use.

You will also be the first to know about future sales, and information on ways to save will be sent straight to your email inbox.

To sign up for the email newsletter, click here, scroll to the bottom of the page, and enter your email in the box in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
