More testing and research will need to be done.

LGD-3303 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), which was originally developed as a means to help treat muscle wasting illnesses, as well as conditions like osteoporosis.1

For context, I’m pretty experienced with PEDs. I’ve run test, orals, and most SARMS (Osta, LGD, RAD), etc. I was in a pretty terrible place for the past few years, totally stopped working out.
I started up again about 6 months ago and ran this Dbol/3303 cycle to jumpstart my return progress. (I’m pretty much back to 100% strength now, muscle memory is awesome) It is some strong stuff.
I’m glad I used Dbol as hormone replacement because I’m positive running 3303 by itself would cause intense lethargy from the suppression. Compared to LGD 4033 and even RAD it’s significantly more intense.
Very dry and has insane effects on vascularity. It made my veins crazier than any other PED I’ve used.

How To Take LGD 3303
Because there is relatively little research regarding LGD-3303, it can be difficult to know the correct dosage for your body.
Typically, you are going to want to be conservative with the dosage because this is considered one of the most powerful SARM options on the market.
For the most part, people are suggesting that you take a dose between 10 mg and 30 mg per day.
Again, because of the strength, it tends to be better to stay on the low end of things during your cycle.
One of the other important things to note is that LGD-3303 has a half-life of between six and 12 hours.
This means that you could take just a single dose per day, and as long as you are working out regularly, it will work.
You could also dose two times a day, which can ensure that it is constantly working on your muscles.
The cycle should also be short because this is an aggressive SARM.
You can start with a cycle of six weeks, take some time off the SARM and then do a second cycle a month or two later that is eight weeks long.

PCT After Taking LGD 3303
The aggressive nature of the SARM also means you will need post cycle therapy (PCT) once you have finished your cycle.
This is done, so you can restore the hormones in your body.
Remember, the SARM is changing the way the hormones are working, and you need to make sure that those hormones get back to normal as quickly as possible.
It will help to ensure that your body starts to produce testosterone again in just a matter of weeks.
Failure to go through the therapy would be unhealthy for you, as it will take your body a lot longer to get the hormones back in balance.
It could take months or longer. During that time, you would experience symptoms of low testosterone, such as fatigue, decreased muscle mass, increased fat… a lot of the things you have been trying to avoid.

Aromatase Inhibitor
Something else you will want to take when you are using this SARM is an aromatase inhibitor.
The way LGD-3303 works is by binding tightly to the androgen receptors, which could cause increases in estrogen levels.
With the use of something like Arimistane, you can prevent this.
You could take 25 mg of Arimistane each day.
This is an aromatase inhibitor that can help to reduce some of the estrogen issues that you might have with the SARM otherwise.
