I take two twice a day since I have a busy schedule during the week unless I am working a 16 to 20 hr shift I may take the two three times that day.

This product helped me lose my body size and lots of inches in my waist area but I'm taking it and going to the gym at the same time. But I had better results and lost my belly faster than before.

this product really works it will not give you immediate results you still need to exercise and eat right don't pound a bag of Doritos and take Lipozene wondering why it's not working you have to put in the time and effort at the gym as well as eating this product shred a credible amount of fat away from my midsection you will not see results in just 30 days at least the ones that you are wishing for you will have to take it through time and the results will happen remember there is no magic pill for a six pack

That you take out the cotton out of both bottles and you can just about get all tablets into one, but looks are deceiving. I used this back in 2017 and had good Results, little harder now in my 65 year but need to shut off Ice cream habit,
