How to submit a Rebate
Locate the rebate on Discount Tire’s promotions page here.
Once you have located the rebate, click on the image to be routed to a new page with more information.
If your purchase was for the product mentioned, download the rebate form.
The rebate form will include more information regarding when the purchase had to be made, when the rebate has to be submitted by and how to submit the rebate.
Some rebates can be electronically submitted and some must be mailed or faxed.
When the rebate is mailed, make sure to pay attention to the latest post-mark date.
After you have submitted your rebate you should expect to see a prepaid card return in the mail.
Each rebate has a different return timeline for when you will be receiving your card.
They generally take a few weeks to be returned.
