What Are The Restrictions?

Unfortunately, the Ray Ban website does not list the exact restrictions for this deal. The ID.me site simply states “Some Restrictions May Apply.”

Since there are no restrictions listed, you may just need to investigate your order.

If you add a product that is heavily discounted and on clearance and you do not see your military discount applied even though you checked the military discount box, then maybe the item was already too discounted to work.

If you order a brand new item and the deal doesn’t work, it could mean the same thing.

If your military discount does not show up in your cart summary and you do not understand why, you may want to contact support.

Ray Ban’s customer service will be able to tell you if your order is simply not eligible for the deal, or if there is a website error preventing the discount from appearing in your cart.

You can contact Ray Ban’s customer support Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm, or Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.

You can call support at 1-866-472-9226 or send them a message here.
