It can be incredibly difficult to burn fat and build lean muscle. Even top-tier athletes can find that they need a helping hand from time to time in order to perform at their peak.
This is particularly true when it comes to building the endurance necessary to outperform competitors.
SR9011 is one of many new performance enhancers that might be able to give you the edge that you want.
NOTE: The below supplements are NOT intended for those under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do NOT consider taking them under any circumstances whatsoever.
Also, if you’re planning on joining the military, cease using this (and really any) supplement at least a couple months before going to MEPS.
They can cause a false positive on a drug test, and will affect your chances of joining!

What Is SR9011?
Note: Click Here to buy SR-9011 legally online from our #1 rated source, Pure Rawz.
Let’s start at the beginning. What is SR9011? It’s often combined with SARMS – selective androgen receptor modulators.
And there’s good reason for that. This drug works in a similar way to those pharmaceuticals.
However, SR9011 is technically not a SARM. Instead, it’s an REV-ERB agonist.1
It’s not the only drug misclassified as a SARM, but it is one that offers the least chance of side effects and real potential to help you burn fat and improve endurance.
SR9011 is not a natural supplement. It is a synthetic chemical compound created in a laboratory (Scripps Research, like its sister drug SR9009, which is also known as Stenabolic).
REV-ERB agonists work very differently from SARMs, so it’s important to establish out of the gate that they are different.
SR9011 has been used to achieve fat loss, build muscle, and enhance endurance in laboratory mice.2
Note that no clinical trials have been conducted with humans and this drug is not approved for human use.
How Does SR9011 Differ from Other SARMs?
We’ve already established that SR9011 differs from SARMs, but just how does it do that?
Most SARMs bind with the androgen receptors in your body’s muscle and bone tissue. There, they create changes within your DNA.
SR9011 and SR9009 don’t bind with muscle or bone tissue, but with the liver itself.
In the liver, this drug begins to create change on a cellular level and rewrite your DNA in unique ways.
By changing which genes are turned on and off, it affects glucose production, fat cell growth, and even affects your natural circadian rhythms (your sleep cycle), which is actually what this drug and SR9009 were originally developed to do.
Is SR9011 Legal?
There is no simple answer to the question of legality when it comes to SR9011 or other research chemicals.
Technically, it is legal to buy and sell in the United States, as well as some other countries (but not all in others, particularly Australia).
However, there are strict regulations on how it can be sold and how it can be marketed.
There are several reasons for these restrictions. One of those is that this is an experimental, untested, unregulated pharmaceutical.
It is not a natural supplement, which means that it falls under the purview of the FDA, which has not approved it.
Another reason is that it is illegal to market this as a health or fitness supplement, a weight loss aid, or any other similar product.
It is illegal to include it in the formulation of health supplements, too.
SR9011 is also on the list of prohibited substances from the World Anti-Doping Agency.
This means that any athletes subject to drug testing for performance enhancers (from amateurs to pros) may be subject to suspension or even bans from their sports if they test positive.
It is also important for recreational users to understand that this drug has not been tested on humans and has only seen modest animal tests.
So, it might be legal to buy and sell this under the guise of research.
However, it may not be safe. This drug is not tested or approved for human use and has serious potential to cause harm. It should be avoided.
What Benefits Does SR9011 Offer?
What benefits might be found by taking SR9011? Actually, the drug can provide some critical advantages for athletes in all areas, including the following:
SR9011 has shown the ability to reduce the amount of fat stored within the body’s adipose tissue.3
Cholesterol and Bile
This drug has shown the ability to reduce the production of bile acids and cholesterol within the liver.
SR9011 may be able to help reduce the fat concentration in the liver and alleviate “fatty liver,” which can become a life-threatening situation.3
Oxygen is critical to endurance, and it seems that SR9011 improves oxygenation to a measurable degree.3
Mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell and it seems that SR9011 is able to increase mitochondrial count, improving cellular function.
SR9011 affects glucose in a couple of ways. First, it decreases the amount of glucose produced by the body without affecting insulin. Second, it increases muscle absorption of glucose, which means faster reactions and better performance.3
SR9011 has shown that it can help develop new lean muscle tissue very quickly.
Users can expect to experience reduced recovery times after physical exertion.
SR9011 is able to increase your resting metabolism, ensuring that the body is able to burn more fat even when not active.3
Side Effects of SR9011
All pharmaceuticals carry the chance of side effects. SR9011 is no exception.
However, with no human testing and no long-term animal testing, what those side effects might be are not entirely clear.
It is impossible to say that this pharmaceutical is safe and free of side effects.
While SR9011 might not have many clear cut side effects, we can extrapolate from the way the drug works in lab animals.
The drug was developed to affect the circadian rhythm, which it does quite well.
It affected most of the 900 genes responsible for controlling the circadian rhythm in mice; in testing, mice showed a marked increase in activity during the hours they would normally be asleep.
It is not at all clear that this side effect would transfer to humans.
However, if it did, it could be a double-edged sword. Yes, many people could benefit from additional energy during the day.
However, there is a lot of danger in messing with your body’s natural sleep cycle.
Ultimately, it could lead to symptoms similar to those experienced by people suffering from sleep deprivation.4
- Memory impairment
- Increased risk of heart attack
- Increased risk of stroke
- Mood changes
- Difficulty focusing
- Decreased libido
- Increased risk of high blood pressure
- Weight gain
- Increased risk of diabetes
- Reduced immune system function
What About SR9011 for Athletes?
As mentioned, athletes who are subject to drug testing should not take SR9011, other REV-ERBs, or SARMs.
All of these are banned substances that the World Anti-Doping Agency actively tests for.5
There have been hundreds of athletes around the world who have been suspended or banned from their sports in the last few years.
Doping is a huge issue today, and entire nations have been censured for their athletes failing drug tests during events like the Olympics.
SR9011 is also banned by other organizations, including the USADA and the ASADA.
What about recreational users?
While you don’t have to worry about drug tests, there is the fact that this drug is not approved for human use and, without the required testing, there is no way to determine what the long-term effects might be on your body and mind.
How Does SR9011 Work?
How does SR9011 work? To really understand that we need to discuss the REV-ERB protein.
This protein is responsible for a wide range of functions in the body, including the following:
- Monitoring blood glucose levels
- Monitoring body fat
- Digesting sugars
- Breaking down cartilage
In the body, SR9011 enters the liver and begins to alter genes, particularly those that control glucose production/metabolism, fat production/metabolism, and oxygen usage.
It does this by binding to the REV-ERB protein (whereas SARMs bind to androgen receptors).
SR9011 does not include any ingredients. It is a synthetic pharmaceutical designed and manufactured in a laboratory.
It’s chemical name is 3-[[(4-chlorophenyl)methyl-[(5-nitrothiophen-2-yl)methyl]amino]methyl]-N-pentylpyrrolidine-1-carboxamide.
Note that it’s illegal to market SR9011 as a dietary, fitness, or health supplement. It is also illegal to include it in the formulation of natural supplements.
This is because it is not a natural substance. Instead, it is a pharmaceutical, which must be thoroughly tested for safety before being released to the public.
SR9011 Reviews and Complaints
Because SR9011 is so new to the market, there aren’t a ton of reviews yet.
With that said, the ones that we did come across were largely favorable towards its effectiveness.
Most users who review the drug note that it does live up to the hype, although some do report that they experience disturbed sleep from taking the pharmaceutical.
Few complaints exist regarding SR9011.
Most of them focus on a lack of efficacy, although it is unclear what dosage the users took or how long they continued use of the drug.
With that said, there are some professional bodybuilders (such as Ryan Ankrom) who are highly knowledgeable about all of the above.
He actually has a great video explaining everything, check it out below:
How to Use SR9011
SR9011 can be taken in three different ways: via a cream, as a liquid, or in capsule form.
Each offers something slightly different, so let’s explore your options.
Capsules are the easiest way to take a compound such as SR9011, and Pure Rawz sells a bottle of 60 capsules for just $85.95.

Note: Pure Rawz also sells a tablet version of SR-9011, click here to check that out.
Liquid solutions are available that allow you to dispense the drug onto your tongue, or into a beverage if you prefer.
For many people, this is the preferred method because it does not require rubbing a cream into your skin, and it doesn’t require having something to drink or forcing yourself to dry swallow a capsule if you do not have a beverage handy.
Pure Rawz also sells the liquid version of SR-9011, click here to learn more.
Powders are not as handy for a variety of reasons, but they are an alternative way to take it.
Chemyo makes a powdered version of SR-9011, click here to learn more.
There you have it – three ways to use SR9011. Most bodybuilders and athletes recommend taking 10mg to 30 mg per day, split up into three or four sessions.
Where to Buy SR9011
Finding the right retailer is a critical consideration when buying any performance enhancer, but particularly with something like SR9011 or SARMs.
These are very popular products, and unethical retailers will take advantage of customers by offering products that contain very little or no SR9011.
In some cases, they may contain dangerous or harmful fillers.
You’ll also find that not all retailers carry the same SR9011 products.
For instance, PureRawz.co offers the capsules version for $143, and a liquid solution for $59.49.
They also sell an injectable version, click here to see that.
Lastly, Chemyo offers a 1 Gram package of powdered SR-9011 for just under $100, check it out here.
For athletes and bodybuilders looking to gain a vital edge, improve endurance, and burn fat fast, SR9011 seems to be quite promising.
It is one of the few drugs on the market that has few identified side effects, although that has more to do with the fact that it has undergone no human testing than anything related to safety.
Is this the right drug for your needs? There is no easy answer to that question. Yes, it seems to have few side effects.
However, it is a prohibited substance with most sports authorities, so failing a drug test could mean suspension or being banned from the sport.
There is also no way to guarantee that this drug is safe to use or to predict what individuals might experience in the way of side effects.
With all that being said, SR9011 does appear to be effective in delivering on the claims of its proponents.
It is also available in a wide range of formats to fit different preferences and needs.
