  1. I respect your opinion and I am glad you had a good experience with them I am just informing you all of my experiences in case it may help anyone but in my situation, If you are already a subscriber, be prepared to spend 20 to 30 minutes of your time for them to try to upgrade you into to what they say is cheaper than the military discount. If the intent isn’t to genuinely offer a nice little perk to those who have served just don’t offer it. I am not expecting anything for free I just don’t want to be duped into some ploy and have my time wasted to get a person to badger me into an upgrade. I am also verified on ID Me which most all business use that offer military discounts. It is a nice secure way to get verified but they still insisted on my giving my military info. I have to do this every year with them. I guess that is the most frustrating part. I like Sirius but my patience grows weary with them every time I have to do this.
